Originally from Brady, Texas, Lee Keeling began practicing law in Houston in 1989, coming to Victoria in 1993. Lee heads up the firm's practice in the area of Business Problems and Transactions . His special expertise is in advising businesses and executing initiatives in the areas of acquisitions and sales, business entities, employment, real estate, and financing.
Lee's clients are usually leveraging opportunities or confronting business challenges. Most often, both. Drawing from a bank of experience that includes work in the finance industry and a wide range of legal experience in handling transactions, commerical disputes, workouts, and other situations, he helps the firm's business clients navigate the obstacles standing between them and their business objectives.

Lee was admitted to practice law in the state of Texas in 1989. He is licensed to practice before the federal courts for the Southern, Northern, Eastern and Western Districts of Texas.
