Terry's engineering and military background enables him to quickly grasp the technical aspects and data involved in a client's case. Terry was admitted to practice law in Texas in 1990. He is licensed and has practiced before the federal courts for the Southern District of Texas, as well as the Fifth Circuit Court of Appeals.
